Accessibility statement.
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
The standard we build to
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We review accessibility through automated checks and keyboard testing, and address barriers as they are identified. These checks do not constitute independent certification or a guarantee of ADA compliance.
What that means in practice
- Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate the page structure
- A visible skip link to jump straight to the main content
- Keyboard access to every interactive element, with visible focus indicators
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet contrast requirements
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and none for decorative ones
- Carousels and accordions that announce state and can be operated without a mouse
- Animation that is reduced or removed when your device requests reduced motion
- Text that remains readable and usable when enlarged
Known limitations
The embedded map on our contact page is provided by Google, and its accessibility is outside our control. A plain-text address, a phone number and a directions link are provided alongside it so the same information is available without the map.
Links to our patient communication and scheduling platform lead to a third-party service with its own accessibility characteristics.
