How it works

Visits and pricing

Weight management visits are cash pay: $250 for an initial visit and $150 for follow-up visits. Visits are monthly until your maintenance dose is achieved, then every three months thereafter.

Initial and follow-up laboratory work may be billed through your insurance or paid in cash at Sanford Labs — our office will explain what applies to your situation.

Prescriptions are filled directly through the manufacturers' pharmacies: Lilly Direct for tirzepatide (Zepbound) and NovoCare Pharmacy for semaglutide (Wegovy/Ozempic).
