Dr. Michael will help you lose and maintain a healthy weight with cash pay prescriptions for Tirzepatide/Zepbound through Lilly Direct or Semaglutide/Wegovy/Ozempic through Novocare pharmacy.
Cash pay initial visit $250, follow up $150. Monthly visits until maintenance dose achieved, then every 3 months thereafter. Initial and follow up labs may be billed through insurance or cash pay at Sanford Labs.
Criteria for Treatment with GLP-1
Obesity (BMI of 30 or higher)
Overweight (BMI of 27-30) with at least 1 comorbidity (hypertension, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease, stroke history)
Type 2 Diabetes
Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH)
* Patients must not be pregnant, have a history of pancreatitis, or have a personal or family history of MEN2 or medullary thyroid cancer
